• All sales are final. Turbo Express LTD does not offer refunds, returns, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and completed, including but not limited to cases of incorrect orders, change of mind, or installation issues.
  
  
• Limited Warranty Coverage:
  All products are covered by a limited one-year warranty, subject to proper installation, normal use, and adherence to all applicable terms and conditions.
  
  
• Warranty Claim Process:
  To initiate a warranty claim, the turbocharger or related part must be shipped back to Turbo Express LTD for inspection.
  
  
• Inspection & Eligibility:
  Returned items will be inspected to determine whether the issue resulted from manufacturing defects.
  Damage caused by external factors, misuse, improper installation, modifications, or negligence is not covered under warranty.
  
  
• Warranty Resolution:
  If the product is found to be eligible under warranty, Turbo Express LTD will provide a replacement turbocharger or component. No refunds or cash compensation will be issued.
